MenuRight Support
Write to support@menuright.app. You can write in English or Bulgarian. You do not need a MenuRight account to write to us.
To help us answer, tell us which iPhone and which version of iOS you use, and what you did before the problem appeared. Please do not send photos that show people, or personal information about anyone else.
Account and sign-in
- Signing in. You create your account at the end of setup by signing in with Apple or with Google. MenuRight has no password of its own.
- One iPhone at a time. Signing in on another iPhone signs you out on the first one.
- Access codes. You may need an access code to use MenuRight. When your access ends, your account stays: sign in and enter a new code.
- Logging out. Profile → Log out. Meals you logged stay on your phone.
- Deleting your account. Profile → Delete Account. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and when. Meals and photos stored on your iPhone are not deleted: remove the app to erase them.
Results that look wrong
Every nutrition figure, portion and allergen warning in MenuRight is an estimate, and it can be wrong. You can correct a meal's ingredients and amounts in the app.
If a result is far off, write to us with what you logged, what MenuRight showed, and what you expected.
Allergies: a dish with no warning may still contain the allergen. Always confirm with the restaurant. See section 5 of the Terms of Service.
A menu that is wrong
If a restaurant's menu in MenuRight is wrong, out of date or attached to the wrong restaurant, open the menu or the dish in the app and choose Report menu or Report dish, or write to us with the restaurant's name and location and a description of the problem. Restaurants can write to us too.
Your data
- Usage statistics: Profile → Preferences → Share usage data.
- Export your food log as a PDF or CSV file: Profile → Export meal history.
- Withdraw the consent you gave with the box at sign-up: write to support@menuright.app. We handle the request by hand.
- Questions about your data, or a request to use your rights: write to support@menuright.app from the e-mail address of your account, or tell us which sign-in method you use, so that we can confirm who you are. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.
Requirements
MenuRight is for iPhone and needs iOS 26. It is for people aged 18 or older.
